Join a Five-Star rated team delivering skilled nursing, memory care, and supportive home services. Must hold a valid LPN license; shifts include 2:30pm–11:00pm with weekend differentials. Bi-weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a caring community await.

Requirements

• 6:30am - 3:00pm for first shift
• 2:30pm – 11:00pm for second shift
• 10:30pm - 7:00am for third shift
