Job summary

Warren Haven in Warren County, NJ is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a team-oriented facility. The LPN will supervise and care for residents under the Director of Nursing, with openings on 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am shifts.

We offer sign-on bonuses for full-time ($5000) and part-time positions ($2500), new rates, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, overtime, and referral bonuses. NJ license required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with NJ license.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health care laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Makes daily rounds on the unit in order to observe and evaluate physical and emotional status of nursing residents.
• Provides comprehensive oversight to unit staff to assure nursing care is proved according to physician's orders.
• Analyzes and evaluates nursing staff needs as well as determines staffing requirements.
• Assess the needs of each resident, and implements the Resident Interim Care Plan.
• Provides daily input to the Unit Manager for development of the resident care plan.
• Performs generalized Charge Nurse duties.
