Warren Haven in Warren County, NJ, is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a team-oriented facility. Immediate openings for 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am shifts, with supervision under the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the needs of each resident and implements the Resident Interim Care Plan
• Provides daily input to the Unit Manager for development of the resident care plan
• Performs generalized Charge Nurse duties

We are currently seeking a qualified, team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill the following openings. Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervision and of residents' care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities:

• Makes daily rounds on the unit in order to observe and evaluate physical and emotional status of nursing residents
