Warren Haven in Warren County, NJ, is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a team-oriented facility. Immediate openings for 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am shifts, with supervision under the Director of Nursing.

Formación

• Active NJ LPN license
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• Working knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations

Responsabilidades

• Makes daily rounds on the unit to observe and evaluate residents' physical and emotional status
• Provides comprehensive oversight to unit staff to ensure nursing care follows physician orders
• Analyzes and evaluates nursing staff needs and determines staffing requirements
• Assesses the needs of each resident and implements the Resident Interim Care Plan
• Provides daily input to the Unit Manager for development of the resident care plan
• Performs generalized Charge Nurse duties
