SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC. is hiring a full-time LPN to join the Wood County Jail healthcare team in Wisconsin, on a day-shift rotation with every other weekend. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and document assessments in a secure correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin LPN license and current CPR certification.

Your Schedule at a Glance

Enjoy a structured rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend built into the rotation.

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Rotation: Includes every other weekend

What You'll Do
