About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team at Etowah Health and Rehabilitation in Etowah, TN. As a valued member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families. LPNs play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the clinical team in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and documenting patient information
• Assist licensed nurses with treatments and procedures, such as wound care and tracheostomy care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Tennessee
