Benedictine Living is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our care team in New Brighton, MN. You will provide patient-centered, evidence-based care to our residents, under the guidance of RNs, using Relationship Based Care principles.

Responsibilities include data collection, contributing to person-driven care plans, and daily bedside care. English communication and a valid LPN license are required; clinical experience is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN participates in implementing person driven care plans as developed by RN.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
