Job summary

Sycamore Springs Senior Living in Mountain Home, AR is seeking an LPN/RN to direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules and guidelines governing our Assisted Living Facility.

You will administer all medications as ordered by the physician, pull and prepare patient charts, and make written and oral reports on your shift. Ensure adequate medications, supplies, and equipment are on hand, and place phone calls to pharmacies to order prescriptions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN or RN license.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
• Willing to train right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Make written and oral reports concerning shift activities.
• Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies and equipment is on hand to meet nursing needs; report needs to nursing supervisor.

LPN/RN Responsibilities include:

Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required

Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies and equipment is on hand to meet the nursing needs of residents. Report needs to the nursing supervisor

Place phone calls to pharmacies to order prescriptions

Pulls and prepares patient charts; performs other general office duties as required

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience required or will train right candidate

Must be licensed as an LPN/RN, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure
