Lorien Mount Airy is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our award-winning team. Earn $27.00 – $35.00 per hour with shift differentials and same day pay, in a full- or part-time capacity at our Mount Airy, MD location.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate residents' daily care needs with high-quality service.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions clearly with residents, families, and the care team.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and interdisciplinary team on individualized care plans.
• Provide guidance and leadership to nursing assistants and caregiving staff.
• Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes.

Responsibilities

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) bring compassion, patience, and clinical expertise to every interaction, helping residents feel supported, safe, and valued. As a vital member of our care team, you'll play an important role in promoting resident well-being while delivering exceptional, person-centered care.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee and coordinate residents' daily care needs, ensuring the highest quality of service and support.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions clearly, professionally, and compassionately with residents, families, and the care team.
• Partner closely with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide guidance, support, and clinical leadership to nursing assistants and caregiving staff.
• Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families, promoting trust and peace of mind.
• Help create a positive, resident-centered environment focused on dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
