Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role based in Morristown, NJ. The LPN will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with treatments, and supporting activities of daily living in accordance with care plans. The role includes documenting care accurately, reporting changes in condition to registered nurses and physicians, and following all clinical protocols and safety guidelines. The LPN will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, communicate with patients and families, and help promote a comfortable, respectful, and supportive environment. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with admissions and discharges, participating in quality improvement efforts, and contributing to ongoing care coordination.

Qualifications
