MountainOne is seeking an LPN to support individuals with disabilities in a group home setting. The role includes assisting with daily living, personal care, housekeeping, cooking, and recreational activities.
The LPN provides medical treatment beyond the MAP direct care scope and collaborates with individuals to maximize independence and participation in community activities of their choosing.
The ABI/MFP LPN is primarily responsible for providing various support to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting. The LPN assists individuals in all areas of daily living including personal care, housekeeping, cooking and recreational activities. The LPN provides medical treatment beyond the scope of a MAP certified direct care staff. Work closely with individuals to help them become as independent as possible in order meet their own personal goals. Assist individuals to find as well as participate in community activities they enjoy while encouraging community membership as well as individual interests.
