Job summary

Chipola Health and Rehabilitation Center in Florida is seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, ensuring safe, compassionate, and individualized care for residents.

We offer 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts with scheduling flexibility, competitive pay, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans for assigned residents
• Provide nursing services and direct patient care

• Oversee the Falls Prevention and Pressure Sore Programs
• Conduct and document evaluations of residents' medical status
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Major Responsibilities

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and patients in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Working under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse, you will help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans for assigned residents
• Provide nursing services and direct patient care
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluations
• Oversee the Falls Prevention and Pressure Sore Programs
• Conduct and document thorough evaluations of residents' medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license to practice as an LPN
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility is preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
