Job summary

NSPIRE Healthcare in Plantation, Florida, is seeking qualified Licensed LPNs for 12-hour shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am). This role offers flexibility in scheduling, a competitive pay rate between $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, and opportunities for growth within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation.
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program.
• Provide nursing services.
• Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout the resident's course of treatment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
