TEEMA in Texas is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct patient care in a living center. You will administer medications, monitor patients, and support treatment plans in a collaborative team environment.
Training is 8am-5pm for the first five weeks. Schedule includes 2pm-10pm shifts with every-other weekend, or two weekend doubles, with 32 hours per week guaranteed. Texas LVN license and 1 year of direct patient care (2+ preferred) are required.

As an LVN, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and personalized care. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and ongoing monitoring
Educate patients and families on medications, care plans, and health management
Accurately document care and patient progress in electronic systems
Perform computer data entry (full training provided)
Support patients with advanced clinical needs, including:
Active LVN license in the state of Texas
Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred)
Strong clinical skills with experience in advanced nursing procedures
Confidence in patient education and communication
Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and data entry skills
