Direct Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, including medication administration, specialized treatments, and patient education.
Specialized Clinical Support: Manage complex needs including gastrostomy tubes (enteral feedings), foley catheter care, and tracheostomy care.
Documentation & Technology: Perform accurate computer‑based charting and data entry, maintaining strict compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Collaborative Practice: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless continuity of care and the achievement of resident health goals.
Safety & Advocacy: Act as a vigilant advocate for resident health, recognizing changes in condition and responding with clinical precision.
Licensure: Active LVN license in the state of Texas.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred).
Technical Skills: Proven experience with:

Location: Lubbock, TX
Ongoing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM OR "Weekend Doubles" (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM and 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
Requirement: Every other weekend is required.
