Job summary

Renwick Nursing & Rehab in Joliet, IL is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our extended care team. You will lead nursing assistants, document resident records, administer medications, and conduct daily rounds in a high‑quality care setting.

• Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

LPN Requirements:

• Valid Nursing License as required by the state.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliance with the state’s Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our residents and visitors.
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and able to handle stress.
• Must be energetic, professional, and reliable.
