Job summary

Chateau Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Illinois is seeking dedicated LPNs to provide compassionate, skilled care to our residents in a supportive team environment.

You will direct daily nursing activities, document care, administer medications, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth in a trusted Extended Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants.

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration functions per established policies.
• Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

LPN Requirements:

• Valid Nursing License as required by the state.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliance with the state’s Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our residents and visitors.
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.

As a skilled, compassionate LPN, you will:
