Extended Care, LLC is seeking a skilled LPN to join our compassionate nursing team. You will direct daily activities of nursing assistants, document resident care, and administer medications in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Valid Nursing License as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

LPN Requirements:

• Valid Nursing License as required by the state.

As a skilled, compassionate LPN, you will:

• Complete required record-keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration functions per established policies.
• Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
