Job summary

Chateau-Nursing-and-Reha in Illinois is seeking dedicated LPNs to join our Extended Care affiliated facility. You will contribute to individualized resident care, perform medication administration, and support a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants.
• Complete required record-keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration functions per established policies.
• Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

LPN Requirements:

• Valid Nursing License as required by the state.
