Job summary

Concordia-IRMC VNA in Pennsylvania invites licensed practical nurses to join our home health and hospice team. Typical hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with openness to alternative schedules; some weekends, evenings and holidays may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of state-approved school
• Current license in the State of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of two [2] years experience in patient care
• Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and carry required insurance coverage limits.
