Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and maintain patient safety under supervision.

- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure data quality.

- Assist with routine procedures and clinical tasks as delegated.

Experience / Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the relevant state.
- Administer medications accurately and document administration per policy.
- Provide bedside nursing care with patient safety as priority under supervision.
- Meet performance targets and contribute to pipeline‑based goals.
- Adhere to regulatory, organizational policies, and compliance standards.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly alert the team.
- Maintain detailed, compliant patient records with data quality.
