Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Haverford, PA is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Wellness Nurse. You will monitor resident health, oversee medications, and uphold clinical quality across the community.

You will perform assessments, follow up on incidents, educate staff on documentation and medication practices, and collaborate with families, physicians, and the Resident Care Director to maintain top-level care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting.
