Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living of Bloomfield Hills is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a part-time role in our community. You will conduct wellness assessments, monitor health changes, support medication management, and ensure safe clinical practices while maintaining strict regulatory documentation.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN/LVN license with 1+ year of senior living or clinical experience, strong assessment and documentation skills, and excellent communication with families and care
