Job summary

Lakewood Nursing and Rehab is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Illinois to join our compassionate care team. Eligible candidates may qualify for CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes incentives, including up to $40,000 in student loan repayment and up to $10,000 in additional stipend assistance.

Eligible nurses may qualify through the CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes program for:

• Up to $40,000 in student loan repayment.

Eligible candidates must meet program requirements, including working at least 30 hours per week and committing to three years of service.
