Job summary

Ecumenical (Harrisburg) is seeking an LPN to provide resident-centered care on full-time night and day shifts, with part-time and PRN options. You will collaborate with physicians, supervise care plans, and mentor staff to ensure continuous, high-quality care around the clock.

Requirements include an LPN license in PA, at least one year in health care or assisted living, and strong leadership and communication skills. Competitive benefits accompany a private, campus-based setting in Harrisburg.

Qualifications

• LPN license in the state where employed.
• Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or other health care setting.
• Leadership skills and the ability to form relationships with residents, their loved ones and our co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Form bonds with our residents, their loved ones and physicians to create care plans using critical thinking, a “big picture” outlook and good judgment.
• Coach co-workers to monitor and support resident’s needs with a sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Round with physicians, oversee their orders and monitor medications to ensure seamless, quality care is delivered around the clock.
• Educate residents and their families about health and wellness issues relevant to the care plan.
• Serve as and share the responsibilities of the Manager on Duty.

*Full Time 11pm-7am & 7am-3pm and Part Time 7am-3pm | PRN (as needed) positions available*
