Job summary

Granite Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Granite City, IL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time or part-time positions. Shifts are 12 hours, 6 AM–6 PM or 6 PM–6 AM, with a shift differential and a new pay scale.

You will oversee care, collaborate with CNAs, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering high-quality senior care in a home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Our ideal candidate preferably has previous nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care with CNAs to ensure outstanding health services.
• Discuss patient care with the care team and listen empathetically to patient needs.

With effective communication, you discuss patient care and actively listen with an empathetic understanding of patients' healthcare needs. LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS

Current LPN license

High School Diploma or equivalent

At least 18 years old

Authorized to work in the United States
