Job summary
Nancy Hart Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in Elberton, GA. The role includes administering medications, monitoring vitals, wound care, injections, immunizations, and documenting patient histories. Supervisory duties include CNAs under your guidance.
Full-time night shift available from 7pm to 7am. We offer comprehensive benefits and a family-friendly work environment focused on patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- LPN license required.
- Experience in patient care settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
- Monitor vital signs (BP, temp, weight).
- Provide basic wound care and dressings.
- Administer injections and immunizations.
- Document patient information in the system.
- Supervise CNAs.
- Obtain medical histories.
