Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking an LPN/LVN for full-time night shifts to support patient rehabilitation and recovery. You will provide direct patient care aligned with individualized plans, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with RNs to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Observe patient vitals, symptoms, and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support physical, emotional, and rehabilitation goals.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress throughout recovery.
