Encompass Health is seeking an LPN/LVN to deliver compassionate, personalized care as part of a rehabilitation team. You will work with physicians and Registered Nurses to support patients’ recovery goals in a setting that emphasizes growth and well-being.

The role offers full-time night shifts with PRN opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and a clear career path within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader. You will join a supportive team dedicated to excellent outcomes.

Formación

• CPR certification required.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care aligned with the care plan and physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and implement care plans.
• Develop meaningful relationships with patients to support rehabilitation goals.
• Support patients’ emotional and physical recovery and celebrate progress.
