Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate LPN/LVN for full-time nights with PRN nights in North Dakota. This role focuses on supportive rehabilitation nursing, delivering personalized care and closely following physician orders to drive positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care aligned with the care plan and physician orders.
• Observing patient conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Collaborating with Registered Nurses to report findings and implement care plans.
• Building meaningful patient relationships to support rehab goals and recovery.
• Contributing to a compassionate and setting-specific patient experience.
