Job summary

Brookshire Post Acute is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. This position covers evening and night shifts with part-time and PRN options, including 6pm-6am on Mon Tue and 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am with flexible availability.

You will provide nursing care, supervise nurse assistants when needed, administer medications, and support residents to maintain comfort and safety in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.

• Part-time, 6pm-6am on Saturday & Sunday

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate Range - $30-$40/hour
