Job summary

Heights Care & Rehab is seeking a skilled, compassionate LPN to join the night shift team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, assess residents, and coordinate with physicians and families to ensure high-quality care.

Your leadership will guide CNAs and support staff while maintaining thorough documentation and a safe, caring environment for residents. A Colorado license and strong clinical skills are essential for this role.

Heights Care & Rehab is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team.

What You'll Do

Schedule Availability

We are currently hiring for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Night Shifts.

Applicants may choose a schedule that fits their needs, with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime available.
