Job summary

TMS in Claremont, NH is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our on-site team. You will deliver licensed nursing care according to care plans, document observations in the electronic health record, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient outcomes and safety.
