Qualifications

• Active LPN license for the applicable state.
• Provide on-site nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with documentation.
• Accurate charting of assessments, interventions, and patient status in EHR.
• Monitor patient status and promptly report to supervising clinician.
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Demonstrate accountability for personal performance and meet performance metrics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain on-site inventory and proper storage of clinical supplies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute ideas.
