Job Summary:

Crescent Manor Rehabilitation Center, located in Bennington, Vermont, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in patient education and family support, promoting informed decision-making and empowering patients and families

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Vermont
