Job summary

CHC Addiction Services in Akron, OH is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our primary care clinic. If you want a role where you can build relationships with patients while supporting a caring team, we’d love to meet you.

You will provide direct nursing care, perform EKGs and blood draws, collect urine drug screens, and help with charting and patient follow-up. Ohio LPN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have current Ohio LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current CPR certification.
