Job summary

LPI Operator – Soldermask

Job Purpose

Must be able to perform all Soldermask functions and character screening.

Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities

Candidate will use the Pumice machine to prepare the surface prior to solder mask coat. Will operate DP1500 to coat soldermask and Image and use soldermask exposure unit. Candidate must be experienced in using measuring devices or scopes to measure the pads and space of the product being processed.

Education And Experience

• A minimum of two years experience in all Soldermask functions is required.
• Candidate must be experienced in using measuring devices or scopes to measure the pads and space of the product being processed.
• The candidate must have good written and oral communications skills and understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints.

Salary Range (annual)

$43,680.00 - $47,840

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
