Nature Of Duties / Responsibilities

The candidate will be scrubbing, developing and baking printed circuit boards. Must have good attention to detail and quality, must be able to work with machinery and be around chemicals, must be able to read and understand blueprints/customer specs and travelers.

Education And Experience

• Must be able to follow instructions and be able to learn new processes.
• 1-2 year experience in PCB industry preferred.
• Must have good attention to detail and good quality.
• Must be available to work overtime as dictated by business necessity.
• Job requires long periods of standing up to 80%.
• Must have good communications skills.

Salary Range (annual) : $43,680.00 - $49,753.60

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
