Job summary

Sanmina is seeking a LPI Operator – Soldermask in Costa Mesa, California. The role requires performing all soldermask functions, using the Pumice machine to prepare surfaces, and operating the DP1500 and soldermask exposure unit.

Candidates must have at least two years' experience with soldermask processes, be able to measure pads and clearances with measuring devices, and possess strong written and oral communication. This ITAR facility requires US citizenship or permanent residency.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in soldermask functions.
• Experience using measuring devices or scopes to measure pads and spaces.
• Good written and oral communication; able to read travelers, specs and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Use Pumice machine to prepare surface prior to solder mask coat.
• Operate DP1500 to coat soldermask and image, and use soldermask exposure unit.
• Measure pads and space with measuring devices or scopes.
