A leading company is seeking an LPHA Supervisor to oversee a mobile crisis outreach team in Austin, Texas. This role involves ensuring effective mental health crisis services and collaborating with community partners. The Supervisor will utilize independent judgment to deliver high-quality clinical services, including crisis assessments and interventions. The position requires a Master's degree and relevant licensure, offering competitive salary and benefits.
Job Summary: The LPHA Supervisor oversees the operations of a mobile crisis outreach team, ensuring the effective delivery of mental health crisis services. This role collaborates closely with the management team and stakeholders to continuously improve crisis response strategies. In partnership with the Practice Manager, the Supervisor promotes community partnerships and innovative practices to enhance client care. The Expanded MCOT provides immediate crisis response, often in coordination with community partners, offering on-site interventions and collaborative case management. The role involves significant independent judgment to ensure the team delivers high-quality clinical services, including crisis assessments, interventions, follow-ups, and service linkage for adults and youth. Services are provided in community settings in partnership with EMS, Austin Police Department, Travis County Sheriff's Office, and Central Booking.
This is a 24/7 program; employees are considered essential staff. Regular and predictable attendance is required, and a flexible work schedule may be necessary.

Hours: Full-Time
Workdays: 4 days a week, including some weekends
Workhours: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 10:00AM-8:00PM, or 12:00PM-10:00PM
Salary: $75,012.08 - $95,632.16 based on licensure, plus a 10% crisis stipend. Position may also be eligible for shift differential pay: $3.25/hour for second shift, $7.25/hour for third shift.
