Manchester Tank is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee LPG (propane) tank sales—new, used, and refurbished tanks—across the Eastern US. The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships with propane marketers, distributors, and key industry partners to drive revenue growth and regional penetration.

The position requires 3–5+ years in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and experience managing targets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in LPG, propane distribution, pressure vessels, or related industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated success managing sales targets, KPIs, and territory performance.
• Experience developing and executing account strategies.
• Strong negotiation experience involving pricing, contracts, and volume commitments.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Close sales across new, used, and refurbished LPG propane tanks, consistently meeting or exceeding regional targets.
• Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts by account, geography, and product category.
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations for all LPG tank product lines.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships with propane marketers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Onboard new accounts and ensure a smooth transition to Commercial Operations.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, including opportunity stages, customer notes, and market insights.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, and onsite visits to identify opportunities and secure new business.
• Execute Manchester Tank’s commercial strategy within the Eastern US territory and LPG market segment.
