Job summary

Micron Technology seeks an MCBU Product Architecture Engineer for DRAM to shape memory solutions for AI inference at the edge. You will collaborate with customers, researchers and internal teams to translate system-level insights into practical memory features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 12+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with LPDDR and/or DRAM module architectures.
• Understanding of memory hierarchy, controllers, PHY, and SoC/ASIC design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system architectures using modeling, simulation, and prototyping tools.
• Identify system bottlenecks with customers and propose innovative solutions.
• Lead pathfinding for LPDDR-based module architectures.
• Define memory features that enhance DRAM performance in AI workloads.
• Mentor junior engineers and architects.
