Job summary

Micron Technology in San Jose is seeking an experienced LPDDR Product Architect to shape memory solutions for AI inference at the edge. You will analyze system architectures and define features to boost DRAM performance in AI workloads.

The role requires 12+ years in engineering, LPDDR/DRAM expertise, and collaboration with customers and internal teams. A strong leadership mindset and mentoring capacity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 12+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with LPDDR and/or DRAM module architectures.
• Understanding of memory hierarchy, controllers, PHY, and SoC/ASIC design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system architectures using modeling, simulation, and prototyping tools.
• Identify system bottlenecks with customers and propose innovative solutions.
• Lead pathfinding for LPDDR-based module architectures.
• Define memory features that enhance DRAM performance in AI workloads.
• Mentor junior engineers and architects.
