Compass Counseling is seeking an excellent therapist to join a collaborative team in Western Kentucky. We provide the resources to practice successfully with steady referrals and a flexible schedule, empowering you to control your caseload and clinical decisions.

Our marketing and online presence support your growth, while our admin team handles operations. Join a network of over 20 therapists and grow your impact in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in Kentucky (LPCA, LPCC, LMFT, CSW, LCSW, LPP).
• Must interact well with others and engage with clients and team members.
• High quality clinical skills to help clients achieve goals.
• Prompt and goal oriented.
• Adept at using computers and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients.
• Collaborate with a network of 20+ therapists for consultations.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans.

Requirements

Compensation is based on experience. Pay up to $80,000.00+ per year depending on experience and caseload.
