Job summary
A growing mental health organization in Smyrna, Georgia, is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP-S) to provide therapy and supervision to therapists. You will assess client needs, create treatment plans, and maintain documentation while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, clinical experience, and strong communication skills. Additional flexibility with work-from-home options is available.
Qualifications
Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
5+ years of clinical experience with LPC-MHSP-S licensure and supervisor training.
Proficient in completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to set healthy boundaries.
Comfortable working with diverse clients.
Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).
Ideally credentialed with insurance panels.
Responsibilities
Assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide therapy, and maintain accurate documentation.
Supervise pre-licensed counselors working toward full licensure.
Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
Develop creative interventions to help clients meet their goals.
Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week (including supervisees).
Coordinate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other staff as needed.
Attend clinical meetings and trainings.
Perform other duties that support the clinic’s mission and operations.
