A mental health service provider in Smyrna, Tennessee, is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP) passionate about improving access to quality mental health care. The ideal candidate will evaluate and diagnose clients, create treatment plans, and maintain a caseload of at least 27 client visits weekly. Strong communication skills, current LPC-MHSP licensure, and a sense of humor are essential. Flexible work-from-home options are available. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field.
• Current LPC-MHSP licensure.
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.
• Ideally credentialed with insurance panels.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base.
• A sense of humor will invariably be required.

Responsibilities
