Job summary

Brave Health is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to deliver outpatient mental health services via a 100% remote telehealth program. You will work from home under a W2 arrangement with a base salary plus bonus.

The role supports a Mon–Fri schedule with shifts 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT. Brave Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, medical, dental, and vision, liability insurance, and an annual growth/education stipend. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist in good standing in the United States.
• Experience delivering outpatient telehealth services.
• Bilingual Spanish helpful; other languages a plus.
• Proficient with HIPAA privacy standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
• Meets background/regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
