Brave Health is hiring licensed therapists to deliver outpatient mental health care entirely via telehealth. This full-time role supports a remote work model, focusing on accessible, high-quality care for diverse populations.

The position offers base pay with a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and liability insurance. Fluency in English is required, Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of mental health or substance use disorders is essential.

Position Overview

We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program!

Compensation

• Compensation package includes base salary plus bonus!
• W2, Full-time

Schedule

• Monday - Friday schedule; Shift options include: 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm EST

Requirements

• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
