The role focuses on delivering integrated behavioral health services to individuals and families alongside a multidisciplinary team in a supportive clinical setting.

Candidates should hold a master’s degree in a behavioral health field and an active or license-eligible LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Spanish is a plus and relocation support is available.

PsychPros, Inc. is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization in Fayette County, Texas, to recruit a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team dedicated to expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare services. In this role, you will provide integrated behavioral health services to individuals and families while working alongside experienced psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical providers in a supportive clinical environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for patients experiencing mental health and substance use disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active (or license-eligible under supervision) LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
