Vital HealthCare Solutions is expanding its Psychology Department, seeking LCSW or LPC licensed clinicians to provide individual psychotherapy and psychological evaluations in geriatric and long-term care settings across the Northeast.

You will collaborate with psychology and psychiatry teams, develop tailored treatment plans, and work with a diverse patient population in facilities. Flexible full-time schedule, no weekends or on-call, with company-paid benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LPC license is required.
• Experience in geriatric mental health, long-term care, or behavioral health preferred.

We’re currently expanding our Psychology Department and seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) who are ready to bring their clinical expertise, empathy, and passion for helping others into a collaborative, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:
